Jim Mello is a Senior Director concentrating on risk and resilience topics. With over 19 years of experience, Jim advises executives on issues such as functional management, coordination with other assurance functions, governance questions, and risk response. For example, Jim helps organizations monitor and respond to both enterprise risks and emerging risks in order to ensure a high-level of continuous operations.
Since Jim joined the firm in 2005, he has helped hundreds of organizations become more efficient, lower risk levels, and improve their processes.
