Matt Hoyles is a Director Analyst for Gartner, researching the emerging risk landscape and helping CRO's and ERM leaders on the development of their emerging risk process and broader risk programs.

In his role, Matt regularly speaks on launching and maturing the risk function, supports the development of the Gartner Quarterly Emerging Risk report and regularly speaks to various audiences on recent emerging risk trends and building an effective risk program.

Prior to this Matt spent five years working with leaders in the information security domain, primarily supporting CISOs and their teams with their key priorities.
