Summary
Embracing the AI revolution is mission-critical for companies, but rapid AI adoption is currently challenged by levels of employee fear and uncertainty that surpass all recent levels of change stress. Enterprise AI transformation will stall wherever communications does not help executive leaders consistently articulate the strategy and guide employee engagement and performance across the inevitable disruption. CCOs need to begin by discarding many of their traditional approaches to change communications, and instead work to routinize change and build employee self-efficacy in all levels and functions.
