Chelsea Sweeney supports General Counsel and legal operations leaders in matters related to strategic planning, talent engagement and development, workload allocation, and process refinement.
Prior to joining Gartner, Chelsea worked as a paralegal at a large law firm, partnering with in-house legal and line-of-business client stakeholders to deliver success in litigation matters and non-litigation matters related to priority legal department initiatives. She served as lead paralegal on legal proceedings of varying lengths, requiring a broad set of organizational, management, and communication skills. In addition to her trial responsibilities, Chelsea managed staffing on non-litigation projects for key clients, prepared and tracked litigation budgets, and regularly communicated with legal and line-of-business client contacts on critical case matters. Chelsea also helped clients develop methods for successfully engaging legal and line-of-business stakeholders on priority legal department projects.
