Kelly serves as a Director of Advisory within Gartner's Legal and Compliance Practice. Kelly advises Chief Compliance Officers and their teams on a range of issues regarding compliance program management including program benchmarking, development and growth as well as advising on creating a culture of ethics and integrity.

Previous experience

When I was the Director of an ethics and compliance program I was in charge of the code of conduct, hotline calls and investigations, TPRM, corporate compliance policies, training and ethics and reported to the audit committee several times a year regarding the compliance program. I also managed a team of compliance professionals. When I was Senior Counsel, I was in charge of providing legal advice/support to a new business development division. I worked on general law matters, and did M&A work. I was also involved with board work- acting as secretary/CLO for several affiliate boards. I also provided legal advice/support on insurance and securities products and supported the compliance department.
