Roxanne Rogers helps general counsel and legal operations leaders to improve their legal department management and operations. For 7 years, Ms. Rogers has been a trusted advisor to legal leaders focused on strategic planning, workload allocation and process refinement, and legal staff development.
In addition to advising individual clients, Ms. Rogers has helped general counsel to develop multi-year strategic roadmaps, conduct legal staff workload assessments, identify outside counsel cost-saving opportunities, develop competency models, and facilitate softs skills training sessions for legal staff.
Previously, Ms. Rogers worked within Gartner's Human Resources practice; where she supported Chief Human Resources Officers and helped to develop a suite of manager training products.
