Prior to joining Ciena, he led product management at Ericsson for network operating system platform, software defined networking, software licensing and virtualization across radio, cloud and edge products. Mr. Jain spent 8 years at Cisco prior in senior product engineering and management roles for Cisco's flagship access (IOS-XE), edge, core (IOS-XR) routing and enterprise wireless products.
