He was an expat for 10 years with his family in China, Australia and Singapore and had an opportunity to develop cross-cultural intelligence across Asia.He had served many MNCs and Global Companies in this region as customers and was passionate in sharing industry point of views, conducting workshops with key stakeholders including CIOs and CXOs focusing on the adoption of Digital Transformation, Customer Experience Management, Supply Chain innovation, Digital Workplace and AI enabled Big Data Analytics.
