Improve the DEI of your supply chain workforce and leadership pipeline
Gartner's 2023 Supply Chain Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Survey showed positive trends in the representation of underrepresented races/ethnicities within supply chain leadership.
However, there is a softening focus on gender, ethnicity/race, and veterans: The same survey finds that only 10% make it to the supply chain's C-suite.

For the 2023 Supply Chain Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) research, Gartner surveyed 314 participants at large supply chain organizations primarily in North America and Europe from September through October 2023. The survey focused on broad supply chain DEI dimensions (ethnic/racial minorities, women, LGBTQ+, physical ability, and others) and initiatives. The results revealed best practices for improving DEI in the supply chain.
