In the age of AI, amongst all CIO priorities, designing an organization and talent strategy remains at the top. CIOs need to know how to address this with today’s challenges as, according to Gartner, 79% of CIOs and senior IT leaders had planned to increase their IT staff levels in 2024, projecting 5% average growth rate for full-time equivalents.
