Bryan Klein is a Vice President, Team Manager, and leads the Peer and Practitioner Research and Quality Team. Bryan's team includes researchers that write to the CSCO, Supply Chain Strategists, Heads of Quality, Chief Procurement Officers, and a team of Quality Experts. In his role, Bryan guides research planning and execution and coaches advisors to deliver high value consultations. As a result, he has a broad perspective on some of the most difficult challenges quality executives and their peers face.
Prior to his current role as team manager, Bryan spent six years researching and advising on the most pressing issues in quality management, including the future of quality management, culture of quality, strategy development, talent development, supplier quality, quality process redesign and internal relationship management.
Prior to joining Gartner, Bryan worked in a variety of industries while living in China, Africa and North America, helping companies establish systems and processes to increase performance and efficiencies. Most recently, he directed a nonprofit malnutrition initiative in Southeast Africa that manufactured fortified peanut-butter for starving children.
