Dr. Sapp has more than 25 years of advanced technology management and development. Prior to joining Gartner, Dr. Sapp led large-scale research and development teams for public sector supply chain programs focusing on complex systems and digital transformations. He's also spent years as a consultant in technology professional services focusing on rapid modernizations.
In previous practitioner roles, Dr. Sapp designed bio-inspired neural networks and digital assets, agent-based systems, digital twins for modeling and simulation, data and analytics architectures for decision support, and machine learning algorithms for machine intelligence.
