Caroline Hewings is a Director within Gartner's Business Insights and Technology HR Practice, serving as a thought partner and supporting HR leaders. In her role, she enables leaders to critically assess the best approach to their challenges, guiding them to best practice solutions, insights, and tools that help to address their critical business and people priorities.
Ms. Hewings has subject matter expertise in the Organization Design, Organization Effectiveness and Change Management. She partners with clients on practices that help increase the success of change and organization design interventions, as well as how to effectively empower both clients in their roles leading change efforts.
Ms. Hewings 's background is as an HR Practitioner. Her most recent experience prior to joining Gartner was as a Divisional HR Leader and HR VP for HP Inc Incubation and Industrial Business Units. She has over 20 years of international HR Leadership experience gained in the technology, agriculture, financial services and automotive industries in both generalist HR Leadership and HR Centre of Expertise, Talent Management and Organization Development positions.
