She works with executives around the globe to increase HR functional efficiency and strategic business alignment. She helps HR functions across all industries to become more agile and to modernize their HR operating model, while always considering change management fundamental.

She analyzes functional priorities and empowers CHROs to design an HR strategy that tackles both business needs and market trends. Using a broad set of diagnostics, she uncovers HR functional efficiency gaps and identifies suitable cost/budget optimization initiatives.

Hanne led international HR and management consulting projects focusing on "HR Transformation" and "Workforce Architecture." She worked with C-level executives and their team across the whole HR function on a global level.
