The great work of Liz's life is to cultivate growth, and today she focuses that work on helping L&D leaders build business-oriented strategies with outcome oriented success metrics, making sure their teams have the skills needed to execute, cultivating a learning culture, and helping clients navigate the world of skills based talent management.
Prior to joining the Advisory team, Ms Caffarelli spent a decade in sales and marketing where she focused on cost optimization, client centricity, process improvement, and gaining executive buy in. She also led courses in career transitions in the public college sector where she developed the course curriculum.
