CEOs are looking to their CHROs to make sure leaders are reset-ready, and leadership development is the #1 CHRO focus area in 2025. Your teams have been busy. Half of organizations revamped their leadership development programs in 2024 and yet two-thirds of CHROs tell us that leaders are not ready for what’s next. While skill development is an important part of strengthening the leadership bench, it’s not HR’s biggest opportunity to improve leaders’ readiness for a perpetually uncertain future.
