Gartner conducted a regression (or key driver) analysis to support demand generation programs using data collected from the 2023 Gartner Technology Marketing Benchmarks Survey. Gartner's key driver analysis provides product marketers with visibility into top drivers of growth.
Technology marketers investing less than 10% of revenue in marketing should use this research to support building a business case to increase or (at a minimum) retain current marketing investment levels. These investment levels are more likely to drive revenue growth, and investments should be used to add any of these missing marketing mix channels to performance marketing programs.
