Summary
We find ourselves at the beginning of the Great Sales Awakening, where chief sales officers will be challenged to reinvent how they operate with AI. CSOs must transform in days and weeks, not years, as they chase a new revenue frontier. This research will explore three actions CSOs must make: adapting personal leadership approach to the AI era; initiating the transformation into an “agentic” sales organization; and developing a future-fit sales talent strategy, realigned around the traits of high-upside talent over experience.
