I am an analyst in the Sales & Service practice, covering go-to-market, CSO effectiveness and sales talent management. Over the course of my career, I've worked directly with CSOs and sales leaders to help them better understand buyer behavior, align with other commercial functions, increase seller motivation and ability, and redesign sales roles. Prior to this role I managed research teams within Gartner, developing insights on topics such as sales talent management, go-to-market design and sales leadership.
Prior to joining Gartner, I served as an officer in the Marine Corps and as a staffer in the House of Representatives.
