Brittney Ermatinger is an Executive Advisor in the HR Practice. In her role, Brittney focuses on helping HR leaders with their critical priorities within the Learning and Development space. Her core areas of expertise include L&D functional strategy, learning solution design and delivery, skills and growth needs identification.
Brittney is also part of the HR Diagnostic team and oversees the Functional diagnostics, including the HR Score suite, helping HR leaders assess the maturity of their function and identify their top priorities.
Brittney previously supported Gartner's HR Employee Diagnostics, designing surveys and providing clients with the support they need to analyze data and execute action plans.
