Caitlyn McDonough is the lead author of this year's HR Symposium opening keynote on HR's role in transforming work in the AI era. Her research covers strategies for driving AI adoption, reengineering roles and functions as AI takes on more work, and redeploying talent to AI growth areas.
In addition to her keynote work, Ms. McDonough provides advice and guidance on how to solve key recruiting challenges to a global network of HR leaders. Her role is to help HR leaders make critical decisions and execute their most important initiatives. Ms. McDonough specializes in recruiting strategy, operating models, metrics, and team skills. She also covers key parts of the recruiting process including needs definition, branding, sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
In her previous role, Ms. McDonough was Gartner's lead researcher in the total rewards space. She had responsibility for defining the total rewards research agenda and developing products and insights to solve client challenges. She specialized in performance management, incentive plan design, recognition, and rewards communications.
