As Director Analyst, CV Viverito supports CHROs, HR leaders and inclusion leaders to drive impact and value from the inclusion initiatives in their organizations. CV also helps HR and business leaders to understand and prepare for AI's impact on the workforce. CV engages with clients and offers insights on topics including but not limited to inclusion strategy and metrics, training and communications, bias mitigation and inclusive talent processes, employee resource groups (ERGs), AI's impact on the workforce, emerging trends, as well as covering critical vendors in the field.
Previous to joining Gartner, CV was the Director of Global Impact Programs with Out & Equal Workplace Advocates where they partnered with C-Suite leaders and HR practitioners from around the world to build sustainable strategies and programming aimed at advancing inclusion. CV has 12 years of experience as a leader in the non-profit sector, consulting with both the private and public sector on subjects ranging from human rights, leadership development, and inclusion. CV is passionate about exploring data and research to identify customized strategies and best practices that help clients solve their biggest problems.
In CV's previous roles, they were a non-profit leader, managing global programming and consulting with companies from around the world on building sustainable and innovative inclusion strategies.
