Gaston Gomez Armesto is a Senior Executive Advisor in Gartner based in London. In his role, Mr. Gomez Armesto serves as a thought partner to HR leaders, engaging them through our strategic research and findings. He also provides guidance on Gartner insights, resources and best practices to enable business leaders and managers to overcome common human capital challenges, improve their workforce, enhance talent decisions, and drive organizational performance.
Mr. Gomez Armesto has presented to and worked with hundreds of global organizations across industries in the US, UK, EMEA, Asia and South America.
Prior to joining CEB, now Gartner, Mr. Gomez Armesto had roles as an internal management, strategy and HR consultant, advising executives and their teams on complex organizational issues, leading projects and building business cases. Having also lead internal consulting teams as a change manager, he has worked across different cultures and countries across matrixed and formal teams, always with a focus on designing and building successful interventions in the HR, operations and strategy space.
