Martin Adams is a Senior Executive Advisor in Gartner's HR Advisory practice and serves as a thought partner to HR leaders and their global teams. In his role, he enables leaders to critically assess the best approach to their challenges, guiding them to best practice solutions, insights, and tools that help to address their critical business and people priorities.
Mr. Adams's expertise is in Change Management and Organizational Design (OD). His attention is on practices that help increase the success of change and OD interventions, reducing change fatigue, as well as how to effectively empower both HR Partners and line managers in their roles leading change efforts.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Adams worked in executive search hiring senior HR leaders across the European region and helping to establish and grow his previous firm's regional presence. Throughout his career he has also supported critical technology transformation projects, helping to drive behavior adoption across new systems, as well as helping organizations assess and remove the barriers to transformation across their organizations.
