Enabled HR CoE leaders to build a unified global–local roadmap by launching HR Score surveys across Global and Local CoE teams, allowing them to assess maturity, define their vision, and align on priorities.
Delivered a full benchmark of the Global HR Function using the Gartner Budget & Efficiency tool, providing the CHRO with detailed insights on HR costs, cost allocation, and FTE distribution across more than 2,400 HR employees.
Supported a full HR Operating Model review for Europe to define a new ambition and future‑state design for both the Europe Zone and country teams. Gartner also identified key enablers—agility, HR digitalization (including ServiceNow adoption), and strengthened team leadership—to ensure successful implementation.
Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP): Partnered with Gartner advisors and peers to establish a new SWP capability. Two pilots were conducted in Iberia and Indonesia to establish the foundation for a scalable SWP model.
