Suzanne Schwartz is a Senior Director Analyst in the Gartner for Marketing Leaders practice covering multichannel and omnichannel campaign management, orchestration, and mobile marketing.
Suzanne advises on multichannel marketing strategy and execution, orchestrating campaign execution across channels, scaling marketing content across channels, analyzing cross-channel campaign performance, and mobile marketing strategy including mobile apps, SMS, push notifications, mobile messaging, and chat. Suzanne has over 12 years of global marketing experience across a range of industries including retail, eCommerce, IT, advertising, apparel, personal care, and luxury.
Prior to joining Gartner, Suzanne was Head of Outbound Marketing and a Sr. Marketing Manager at Amazon where she led global marketing campaigns, launched retail marketing in Israel and Colombia, and led teams of marketers, program managers and engineers in implementing strategic marketing analytics, CRM and MarTech solutions, marketing operations, global SEM, email marketing and sales enablement, and ran cross-channel global campaigns.
